Process Engineer (Thermal Spray)

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop customer projects and industrialize thermal spray coating processes.
• Create process documentation, including work instructions and workmanship standards.
• Work hands-on with production staff to support process compliance and resolve technical issues.
• Design tools for customer projects and troubleshoot manufacturing process problems.
• Collaborate with customer engineering, quality, and internal QA teams, including support for audits.
• Improve operations to increase quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and blueprint interpretation.
• Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm, commitment, and motivation for hands-on production work.
• Ability to work at the Houston, TX facility.
