System Support Analyst I

Location: Tulsa, OK, US; primarily an office/production setting

What you will do

• Monitor and support enterprise systems, networks, and applications to maintain availability and performance.
• Respond to incidents and service requests from phone, email, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems.
• Create, prioritize, document, update, and close service tickets.
• Remotely troubleshoot servers and network infrastructure, monitor alerts, and follow incident management procedures.
• Coordinate critical incident communications, escalation, tracking, and resolution with engineering, field technicians, and other teams.
• Support scheduled jobs, installations, configurations, upgrades, documentation, recurring-issue analysis, and knowledge-base improvements.

Requirements

• Associate degree in information technology, at least two years of validated comparable experience, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license in all jurisdictions where Class II products operate.
• Understanding of computer networks, hardware, software, monitoring, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with hypervisors and virtual machines, replication, SQL, Postgres, Kubernetes, and data backup and recovery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and communicate technical information clearly.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship; background screening, fingerprints, and gaming regulatory approvals may be required.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.
• Associate degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
