System Reliability & Support Specialist - Production Support

Location: In-office at one of hirify.global's IT hubs in Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Denver, Colorado; Birmingham, Alabama; Dallas, Texas; or Phoenix, Arizona

Salary: $63,750–$116,875 base salary per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Monitor, maintain, and support production systems and software for stability, availability, performance, capacity, and compliance.
• Install patches, upgrades, and certifications for Linux and Windows servers.
• Detect, resolve, and escalate incidents while participating in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage vulnerabilities and configure servers to meet updated technology standards.
• Perform application governance activities, including attestations, continuity testing, impact analysis, audit responses, and standards compliance.
• Coordinate projects from initiation through completion and meet target delivery dates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with production support and operating system upgrades for Linux and Windows servers.
• Knowledge of Dynatrace and Logscale.
• SQL Server installation and queries, plus the ability to code, triage, and troubleshoot ETL issues when necessary.
• Ability to work in-office at one of the specified hirify.global IT hubs; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Application maintenance, release management, IT service management, APIs, software reliability management, and technical troubleshooting.
