What you will do

• Collaborate with developers, support personnel, and installation teams to resolve customer software concerns.
• Solve high-level software issues during product upgrades or as raised by customers.
• Work closely with Architects and Product Management to ensure alignment on technical solutions.
• Create technical documentation to support development and provide insights to team members.
• Maintain company programming standards and contribute to overall team success.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 8+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience in Technical Support.
• Proficiency in Networking, multicast, and TCP/IP communications.
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux OS and scripting via Powershell or Ansible.
• Must be able to be licensed in multiple gaming jurisdictions and available for after-hours support and travel (up to 25%).

Nice to have

• Experience in database programming using SQL (SQL Server or MySQL).
• Hands-on experience with GIT, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AI tools and agentic AI for fixing issues.
• Java/J2EE framework knowledge.
• Familiarity with VmWare/HyperV and web architectures.
• Prior experience in the casino gaming industry.
