Network Engineer

Location: Las Vegas, NV, US. Full-time position. Travel up to 25%.

Salary: $77,000–$143,000 per year

What you will do

• Architect, deploy, maintain, and optimize secure LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
• Lead Palo Alto firewall projects, including policy development, threat prevention, and VPN configuration.
• Manage Aruba wireless and switching infrastructure, including ClearPass and AirWave.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex network issues, and support incident response and on-call operations.
• Implement network security and compliance standards and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Collaborate on infrastructure and business application projects, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Aruba networking solutions.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, subnetting, and secure network architecture.
• Experience with Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG, or comparable network monitoring and analysis tools.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• PCNSE, CCNP, or equivalent certification.
• Network automation and scripting experience with Python or Ansible.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud networking.
