Senior Customer Success Engineer

What you will do

• Configure customer accounts, backup policies, storage, and onboarding workflows.
• Analyze customer environments, identify migration opportunities, and align product adoption with business outcomes.
• Design protection plans and recommend products and architectures across the hirify.global Data Platform.
• Run recovery simulations, conduct DRMM assessments, and deliver quarterly resilience reports.
• Monitor churn risk, support renewal and expansion strategies, and build technical business cases including TCO analysis.
• Engage CISO and CIO stakeholders while owning technical success plans and adoption roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing engineering experience in data backup and recovery, technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or technical account management.
• Advanced English and strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on expertise in operating systems, virtualization, storage, scripting and automation, cloud platforms, and disaster recovery and resilience practices.
• Experience designing protection plans, migrations, and recovery simulations.
• VMCE certification required, either before joining or within an agreed post-hire timeframe.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps and present clear recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• AWS Solutions Architect certification.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect Expert certification.
• Familiarity with hirify.global platform capabilities.
