What you will do

  • Provide technical support via phone, chat, email, and screen sharing during business hours.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with new and existing enterprise customers.
  • Perform effective triage and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and service requests.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Professional Services to meet SLA targets.
  • Monitor product usage to identify opportunities for improvement and drive customer success.
  • Develop deep expertise in contact center technologies and customer business objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 5+ years of professional experience in customer service supporting software solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in the contact center industry.
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations and supporting software technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • College degree or equivalent professional experience.
