Regional Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: United Kingdom (Remote); willingness to travel approximately 40% is required.

Salary: GBP 69,000–83,000 OTE annually, plus Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Lead regional marketing programs from strategy and planning through execution, retrospectives, budget management, goal setting, delivery, and reporting.
• Execute account-based marketing and regional initiatives in close partnership with Sales and SDR teams.
• Manage projects independently, coordinate stakeholders, set timelines, address risks, and deliver on commitments.
• Use Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar platforms while improving marketing processes and tooling.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and automation for marketing operations, event execution, reporting, and repeatable team processes.
• Analyze program performance, turn data into recommendations, and support Associates, contractors, and other team members.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or events, including end-to-end program ownership.
• Strong project, time, stakeholder management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Independent proficiency with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar tools.
• Experience operationalizing AI in marketing through reusable prompts, documented processes, or lightweight automations.
• Professional English is required; the role operates in English.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
