Senior Customer Success Engineer (Veeam)

Location: Spain. Office-based role; remote work is only possible for employees located in Spain. Applicants permanently located outside Spain may be declined.

What you will do

• Configure customer accounts, backup policies, storage, and administrative portals while leading onboarding and stakeholder orientation.
• Analyze customer environments, identify migration opportunities, and connect business outcomes with product adoption plans.
• Design protection plans and recommend products and architectures across the hirify.global Data Platform.
• Run recovery simulations, apply the Data Resilience Maturity Model, and deliver quarterly resilience reports.
• Monitor churn signals, define mitigation plans, and provide technical input for renewals, expansions, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Engage CISO and CIO stakeholders with risk, status, opportunity, and roadmap updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing engineering experience in data backup and recovery, technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or technical account management.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Hands-on expertise with operating systems, virtualization, storage, scripting and automation, cloud platforms, and disaster recovery and resilience practices.
• Experience designing and executing protection plans, migrations, and recovery simulations.
• VMCE certification required; certification may be completed after joining within an agreed timeframe.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps and communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders.

• Familiarity with hirify.global platform capabilities.
• AWS Solutions Architect certification.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect Expert certification.
