(Senior) Field Engineer, Industrial Robotics

Location: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain; hybrid workplace with frequent international travel of up to 60% and work in customer environments.

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-site customer deployments from onboarding through operational autonomy, managing timelines and value delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer leadership and operations teams, driving adoption and change management.
• Coordinate field technicians and internal specialists, setting priorities, allocating resources, and resolving on-site issues.
• Advise industrial clients on integrating robotics into operational workflows and connect customer needs with technical teams.
• Lead training and enablement sessions for operators, plant management, and other stakeholders.
• Translate field insights into actionable requirements for Product and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, robotics, or a related field.
• Customer-facing experience in robotics, industrial automation, or complex technical systems.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to executive and operational audiences.
• Experience managing stakeholders, organizational dynamics, and user adoption in industrial environments.
• Ability to coordinate teams, manage on-site priorities, and maintain project continuity in international settings.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 60% and work directly in customer environments.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying robots or other automation systems.
• Linux and command-line experience.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure.
• German or other additional language proficiency, including French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
