Senior Professional Services Engineer (DevSecOps)

Location: Remote in Italy, the Netherlands, or Spain

What you will do

• Deliver customer-facing installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across hirify.global capabilities.
• Plan and execute deployments from single-node Omnibus installations to large reference architectures using infrastructure as code and configuration as code.
• Lead migrations from multiple source systems to hirify.global SaaS and self-managed hirify.global deployments.
• Advise customers on practical implementation plans that improve reliability, security, and daily workflows.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and hirify.global product and engineering teams to improve delivery and share customer feedback.
• Manage multiple engagements and mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers.

Requirements

• Professional experience with infrastructure as code or configuration as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, Chef, or Kubernetes.
• Professional experience with at least two cloud providers, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience deploying or configuring hirify.global and solid knowledge of Git and source control workflows.
• Experience delivering customer-facing installation, migration, training, or advisory services.
• Ability to independently manage projects, lead complex engagements, and provide technical direction to other engineers.
• Strong written and verbal English is required, along with effective asynchronous communication in a fully remote environment.
