Senior Professional Services Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Deliver customer-facing installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across hirify.global capabilities.
• Plan and execute deployments from single-node Omnibus installations to large reference architectures using infrastructure as code and configuration as code.
• Lead migrations from multiple source systems to hirify.global SaaS and self-managed hirify.global environments.
• Translate customer goals and constraints into practical implementation plans and advise on secure, reliable workflows.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and product and engineering teams to improve delivery and resolve customer issues.
• Manage multiple engagements and mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers.

Requirements

• Professional experience with infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, Chef, or Kubernetes.
• Professional experience with at least two cloud providers, including AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience using, deploying, or configuring hirify.global, with a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
• Strong grounding in security and AI technologies.
• Experience delivering customer-facing installation, migration, training, or advisory services.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, independent project management skills, and the ability to lead complex engagements in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
