Mobile Mortgage Advisor (Commission Only)

Location: Edmonton-Parkdale, Edmonton, AB, Canada; remote work is permitted, with occasional onsite attendance. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and may need a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Provide expert mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients where and when convenient and build lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with Banking Centre teams to provide personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Understand the local market and client base, create sales plans, convert leads, and generate new client opportunities.
• Build referral networks with internal businesses, external realtors, and community contacts.

• Banking and mortgage experience.
• Client-focused approach and ability to provide personalized solutions.
• Relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Understanding of the local market and potential client base.
• Ability to build trust with clients, internal partners, external realtors, and community contacts.
• Motivation to achieve goals, deliver results, and take ownership.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
