What you will do

• Develop and maintain a robust network of referral sources including realtors, builders, and financial planners.
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage sales process, from initial contact to successful closing.
• Execute proactive business development strategies to grow your client base in a competitive market.
• Collaborate with your Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.
• Utilize dedicated sales management systems to track activities and optimize performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Brampton, Ontario
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to building a business.
• Knowledge of retail banking or credit adjudication is highly preferred.
