Location: Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada; remote work is available with occasional on-site attendance at Fort McMurray-8553 Manning

What you will do

• Provide expert mortgage advice and recommend suitable mortgage products and solutions.
• Meet clients at convenient locations and times while supporting their home-ownership goals.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, and generate new client opportunities.
• Build relationships with Banking Centre teams, realtors, and community partners.
• Provide personalized mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgage lending.
• Knowledge of the local market and potential client base.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, client-service, and business-development skills.
• Ability to work 37.5 hours per week.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
