Financial Services Representative

Location: On-site full-time at Toronto-Bayview Village Centre, Toronto, Canada. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
• Provide guidance on cash management, credit, investments, wealth protection, and forward-looking financial planning.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with appropriate internal specialists and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Strong client service, relationship-building, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Goal-oriented approach with attention to detail and a commitment to learning.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Full-time on-site work and flexibility for banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.
