Location: Kitchener, Ontario, Canada; hybrid arrangement with remote work and occasional on-site attendance

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to clients pursuing home ownership.
• Build lasting client relationships and support clients according to their schedules and needs.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, and generate new client opportunities.
• Collaborate with Banking Centre teams to provide mortgage and financial planning support.
• Build referral networks with internal business partners, realtors, and community contacts.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgage lending.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, client service, and business development skills.
• Knowledge of the local market and potential client base.
• Client-focused, motivated, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
