Professional Services Practice Manager (Cloud Data)

Location: Remote within the United States, limited to the Pacific or Mountain Timezone

Salary: $157K–$205.8K per year

What you will do

• Own the Professional Services vision, sales execution, delivery roadmap, proposals, SOWs, and forecasting for assigned accounts.
• Partner with account executives, solution engineers, sales, legal, deal desk, partners, and delivery organizations to scope and sell services and training.
• Engage C-level executives and customer stakeholders to define services roadmaps aligned with business outcomes.
• Lead project delivery, manage project financials, oversee revenue and expense forecasting, and serve as the initial escalation point.
• Drive bookings, utilization, consumption, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Develop market expertise and contribute to internal process improvements across the Professional Services organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales and services delivery or a similar executive-facing role.
• Experience with complex technical implementation projects, roadmapping, and revenue forecasting.
• Strong understanding of data-enabled business solutions such as customer data platforms, data sharing, AI, and personalization.
• Proven record of meeting bookings, utilization, consumption, or similar targets.
• Ability to translate across internal teams and customer organizations, define milestones and success criteria, allocate resources, and deliver programs on time.
• Strong organization, independence, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Big Five or boutique strategy consulting experience.
• Experience in a client support or advisory technical role such as solution architect, system administrator, or technical account manager.
• Experience designing, leading, influencing, and selling functional solutions or cross-functional digital transformations.
