Mobile Mortgage Advisor (Mortgage Lending)

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada; remote work is available, with occasional on-site attendance at Vancouver-400 Burrard St. Commerce Pl. Main Banking Centre. The work arrangement details will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and recommend mortgage products and financial solutions.
• Meet clients at locations and times that fit their schedules.
• Work with Banking Centre teams to support mortgage planning and client relationships.
• Develop a local market sales plan, convert leads, and generate new client opportunities.
• Build referral relationships with internal partners, external realtors, and community contacts.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Ability to provide client-focused mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Goal-oriented approach and ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
• Willingness to work under a 100% commission-based compensation plan.
