Financial Services Representative (Banking)

Location: On-site full-time in Montréal, QC; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with appropriate internal specialists and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Strong client service, relationship-building, critical thinking, and goal-oriented skills.
• Ability to work on-site and travel between multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
