Universal Banker I

Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This is a full-time onsite role at 1221 Canyon Meadows, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and provide tailored financial guidance.
• Recommend solutions involving cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with appropriate banking specialists and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client service, customer experience, financial product, digital literacy, and problem-solving skills.
• Goal-oriented, detail-focused, relationship-oriented, and committed to trust, teamwork, and accountability.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Ability to work onsite full-time, including banking centre hours that may include evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
