Location: Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. Remote work is available, with occasional on-site attendance at the Red Deer banking centre.

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient times and locations while maintaining a strong client experience.
• Collaborate with banking centre teams on mortgage advice and financial planning support.
• Develop local-market sales plans, generate leads, and convert opportunities into new clients.
• Build relationships with realtors, community partners, and internal businesses to create referral opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgage lending.
• Knowledge of mortgage processes and documentation.
• Client service, relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Ability to understand the local market and develop a client acquisition plan.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
