Senior Growth Value Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Build financial models, forecasts, and business cases for growth initiatives, customer offers, pricing decisions, and product investments.
• Develop cohort economics and customer lifetime value frameworks covering acquisition quality, engagement, retention, profitability, and relationship value.
• Evaluate campaign, activation, retention, incentive, promotional, and pricing economics across deposit and banking products.
• Incorporate funding costs, funds transfer pricing, margin, net interest income, and balance-sheet economics into investment scenarios.
• Support A/B testing and controlled experiments by defining success metrics, measuring incremental outcomes, and assessing the economics of scaling.
• Act as the financial value-management subject matter expert in a squad, supporting prioritization, KPI definition, leadership reporting, and post-launch value realization.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, treasury, pricing, consulting, business analytics, product economics, or a related field.
• Very strong Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills, including forecasts, customer lifetime value models, pricing models, scenario analyses, portfolio profitability models, and break-even analyses.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, profit and loss drivers, commercial economics, cohort analysis, and customer profitability.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or a regulated environment is required.
• Knowledge of revenue, margin, net interest income, funding costs, lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, net present value, internal rate of return, and return on investment.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

• Familiarity with SQL, business intelligence, and data visualization tools.
• Experience collaborating across Growth, Product, Finance, Treasury, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, Design, and Technology teams in agile environments.
