VP, Regional Leader, Spend Management Delivery (Healthcare Supply Chain)

Location: Virtual Office; regular travel required to meet client needs and timetables.

Estimated salary range: $187,800–$348,300 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop account management teams and cross-functional resources.
• Advise health system supply chain, finance, and C-suite leaders on spend management strategy and value realization.
• Own client P&L performance, including revenue growth, margin, cost discipline, and investment prioritization.
• Lead complex negotiations related to spend management programs and service expansions.
• Translate spend, utilization, and performance analytics into persuasive executive-level narratives.
• Collaborate with account management, performance partners, category experts, and business leaders to improve client onboarding, products, services, and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain and spend management.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams with P&L accountability and measurable financial, operational, and performance results.
• Proven experience influencing executive and C-suite leaders in complex health systems.
• Deep understanding of healthcare supply chain operations, sourcing, spend strategies, P&L management, and healthcare economics.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year.
