Vice President, Regional Leader (Northeast Region)

Location: Virtual Office; Northeast region of the U.S.

Salary: $187,800–$348,300 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Management teams and cross-functional resources.
• Advise health system supply chain, finance, and C-suite leaders on strategies that improve engagement, retention, profitability, and value realization.
• Own client P&L performance, including revenue growth, margins, cost discipline, and investment prioritization.
• Lead complex negotiations related to spend management programs and service expansion.
• Translate spend, utilization, and performance analytics into executive-level narratives that drive decisions and adoption.
• Collaborate with account management, performance, category, product, and business teams to improve services and onboard clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain and spend management.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams with P&L accountability and measurable financial, operational, or performance outcomes.
• Experience working with executive and C-suite leaders in complex health systems.
• Deep understanding of healthcare supply chain operations, sourcing, and spend strategies in provider environments.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet client needs and timetables.
