What you will do

• Develop and execute operational strategies across debt resolution, collections, customer service, and overall business performance.
• Optimize day-to-day operations using technology, data analytics, and process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team with a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and client service.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing debt resolution and collections, including risk management and ethical practices.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives, evaluate operational performance, communicate results, and implement solutions for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of senior operations leadership experience in debt settlement/management/collections or related debt resolution financial services.
• Proven success developing and executing operational strategies that improve performance, increase efficiency, and support organizational growth.
• Strong ability to analyze operational and financial data, identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of debt resolution, collections, regulatory compliance, and applicable federal/state/local laws.
• Proficiency with operational technologies, financial management systems, reporting tools, and data analytics platforms.
