Director Of Proposals (IT Services)

Location: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $138,000–$179,670/Yr.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide responses to RFPs, RFIs, and complex bid opportunities.
• Drive a consistent, scalable proposal development process across all business units.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Architects to develop winning strategies and narratives.
• Establish and lead a Deal Desk to evaluate and shape high-value opportunities.
• Build and maintain a centralized proposal knowledge base to improve efficiency.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing proposal team.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proven experience managing private business and state/federal contract proposals.
• Experience leading the full lifecycle of proposal development from pre-RFP to submission.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of the organization.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
