Vice President Regional Leader (Healthcare Supply Chain)

Location: Virtual Office; regular travel throughout the year is required to meet client needs and timetables.

Salary: $187,800–$348,300 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop account management teams and cross-functional resources.
• Advise health system supply chain, finance, and C-suite leaders on strategy, value realization, retention, and growth.
• Own client P&L performance, including revenue growth, margin, cost discipline, and investment prioritization.
• Lead complex negotiations for spend management programs and service expansions.
• Translate spend, utilization, and performance analytics into executive-level narratives that drive decisions and adoption.
• Partner with account management, performance, category, product, service, and program teams to improve client outcomes and onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain and spend management.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams with P&L accountability and measurable financial, operational, or performance outcomes.
• Proven experience influencing executive and C-suite leaders in complex health systems.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, sourcing, spend strategies, healthcare economics, and value-based decision-making.
• Strong coaching, negotiation, analytical storytelling, business judgment, and executive presence skills.
