VP, Regional Leader, Spend Management Services & Delivery - NE Region (Healthcare)

Location: Virtual Office; candidates residing in the northeast region of the U.S. are preferred. Regular travel throughout the year is required to meet client needs and timetables.

Salary: $187,800–$348,300 per year, plus incentive eligibility. Geographic factors may adjust the range.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Management teams and cross-functional resources, including succession planning and performance accountability.
• Advise health system supply chain, finance, and C-suite leaders on strategy, value realization, retention, and service expansion.
• Own client P&L performance, revenue growth, margins, cost discipline, and business planning.
• Represent hirify.global in executive-level relationships and lead complex, high-value negotiations.
• Translate spend, utilization, and performance analytics into persuasive narratives that drive decisions and adoption.
• Partner with account management, performance, category, product, service, and program teams to improve client outcomes and onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain and spend management.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams with P&L accountability and measurable financial, operational, or performance outcomes.
• Experience advising executive and C-suite leaders in complex health systems and influencing strategic decisions.
• Deep understanding of healthcare supply chain operations, sourcing, spend strategy, healthcare economics, and value-based decision-making.
• Strong coaching, negotiation, executive communication, analytical storytelling, and business leadership skills.
