Salary: $126,000–$190,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Lead the centralized indirect procurement function across IT, facilities, travel, consulting, and other enterprise categories.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies focused on cost efficiency, operational effectiveness, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
  • Run competitive RFI, RFQ, and RFP sourcing events and negotiate complex supplier agreements.
  • Manage procurement operations from purchase order creation and sourcing through invoice resolution and supplier relationship management.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and align procurement strategies with business priorities and long-term planning.
  • Provide leadership, accountability, and development for direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, supply chain or operations management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of indirect procurement experience in fast-paced manufacturing, operations, or technology environments.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contracting, and negotiation.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, scaling organization.
  • Experience presenting recommendations to senior and executive leadership.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting high-growth manufacturing organizations.
