TL;DR

Salary: $130,800 - $155,000

What you will do

  • Lead the RFx and supplier selection process in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate best-in-class value and costs to ensure production readiness.
  • Close contract negotiations to facilitate the transition into the production phase.
  • Develop and manage productive business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve organizational policies and efficiency.

Requirements

  • BS/BA with 8+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience.
  • Expertise in cost negotiation within the Automotive or Aerospace industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of high-volume supply contracts.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly-regulated environments.
  • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

  • APICS Certification.
  • Specialized training in presentation and communication skills.
