Location: Primghar, Iowa, United States; on-site wind turbine work.

What you will do

• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and lubrication on wind turbine components.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic turbine issues.
• Climb wind turbine towers to conduct inspections and repairs.
• Replace or repair worn or damaged turbine components.
• Follow safety procedures, support safety training, and maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and performance data.

Requirements

• Entry-level or graduate position; previous wind turbine maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience; an associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, with troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Ability to climb turbine towers and perform physical work in varying weather conditions; body weight must be 265 pounds or less.
• Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
