What you will do

• Support multicultural delivery teams developing banking solutions in investments, business solutions, or commercial and personal services.
• Apply Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, and XP practices in day-to-day delivery.
• Identify and resolve team impediments using a proactive and analytical approach.
• Support teams in problem solving and encourage open feedback and trust.
• Use agile reporting and follow-up tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar Scrum Master role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Deep, proven expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe principles.
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques, including Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is required.
