Junior Project Manager Officer (f/m/div.) - Maternity Leave

What you will do

• Maintain project management tracking tools, including Planisware, Jira/Confluence, and Track & Release.
• Track project statuses, timelines, deliverables, and operational updates.
• Organize and maintain project documentation in SharePoint and Docupedia.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, simplifying templates, and streamlining administrative workflows.
• Coordinate tracking structures and updates across international Data Analytics project teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Exceptional communication skills and an organized, proactive, positive mindset.
• Flexibility and resilience in a rapidly changing international environment.
• Advanced written and spoken English at C1 level.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in PMO, project management assistance, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and other collaborative or agile project tools.
• Knowledge of PMP, Agile, or hirify.global RB-PMQ project methodology standards.
