What you will do

• Design and continuously improve internal IT processes within the IT Applications domain.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 130 employees across Hamburg, Porto, and Pécs.
• Implement Kanban Flightlevel methodology using Jira to ensure transparency and steerability.
• Drive change management initiatives to support organizational shifts and new ways of working.
• Ensure process alignment, compliance with ITIL principles, and effective performance tracking.
• Manage escalations, bottlenecks, and cross-location dependencies to maintain service quality.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT process management and IT leadership.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, agile methods, and modern IT delivery models.
• Proven leadership experience in multi-location or international environments.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 30%).
