Network Delivery Project Manager

Salary: $79,050–$93,000 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage packaged and custom implementation projects for core and enterprise customers.
• Plan and track project scope, activities, deliverables, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and changes.
• Work consultatively with customers to gather requirements and guide successful hirify.global platform implementations.
• Coordinate internal and customer teams, communicate project status, and maintain project records and artifacts.
• Identify conflicts, changes, and delivery risks; coordinate mitigation, resolution, negotiation, and alignment.
• Collaborate with Network Success, Services, Support, and department leaders to schedule resources and deliver project outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in customer-facing, problem-solving roles at fast-paced technology companies; SaaS or systems integrator experience is preferred.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, or Kimble.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes, contract types, scopes, and timelines.
• Strong PMO skills covering project planning, scope, deliverables, budgets, risk, issue, and change management.
• Experience leading teams integrating PIM, ERP, MDM, or DAM systems with digital retailers such as Amazon and Walmart, and eCommerce platforms such as SFCC and Shopify.
• Strong communication, customer relationship, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
