Senior Project Manager – Supply Chain & Operations

What you will do

• Lead strategic and operational projects across Supply Chain & Operations from problem definition through execution and impact measurement.
• Analyse supply chain workflows, goods flow, partner and supplier performance, process scalability, and end-to-end operational efficiency.
• Work with senior leadership on high-impact, cross-company initiatives and business-critical decisions.
• Drive operational excellence by simplifying processes, reducing variability, and improving system reliability.
• Define roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs while aligning Operations, Technology, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Use performance data to guide prioritisation and ensure initiatives are scalable and sustainable.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Consulting, or complex project management in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; advanced Excel is required.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights; SQL or BI tools are advantageous.
• Experience in large-scale e-commerce, marketplace, or high-growth operational environments is highly valued.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, execution, and communication skills; excellent English is required.
