What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of logistics and carrier initiatives from problem definition to measurable impact.
• Perform root cause analysis on operational and customer issues, translating insights into scalable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in carrier performance, delivery reliability, cost efficiency, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external carriers to align priorities and deliver results.
• Analyze carrier and network performance, identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Build and manage project roadmaps, defining milestones, and ensuring initiatives are customer-impact focused.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, logistics, operations, or consulting.
• Proven experience managing complex initiatives with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and an operational mindset.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in Excel and BI tools (SQL is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, last-mile delivery, or carrier management, ideally within e-commerce.

Nice to have

• Exposure to international logistics networks and vendor management.
• Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies.
