What you will do

• Manage operational project execution on-site in Lisbon.
• Coordinate building access, logistics, site surveys, and vendor visits.
• Handle stakeholder management, specifically with onsite teams, HPE, NetOps, and Workplace.
• Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Provide hands-on involvement with hardware delivery and follow-up.
• Ensure local governance and compliance with site-specific constraints.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Lisbon, Portugal
• 3+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proven ability in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience in stakeholder management and local coordination.
