Location: Sunnyvale, California, with on-site responsibilities for the Mountain View, California office

Salary: $165,000–$235,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Shape sourcing strategies with recruiters, hiring managers, and site leadership across hardware, software, embedded, and product roles.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical publications, and deep-tech communities.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial vetting calls to assess technical capability, role alignment, and cultural add.
• Serve as the primary on-site Talent Acquisition representative for the Mountain View office and coordinate California-specific interview loops.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain Greenhouse applicant-tracking data integrity.
• Analyze sourcing and pipeline data and provide recommendations on talent-market conditions and recruiting effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environment.
• Senior- or staff-level impact across hardware, software, and product-management recruiting.
• Expertise in designing creative sourcing strategies and building talent maps and candidate pipelines.
• Ability to partner with Mountain View site leadership, interview teams, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills for managing interview logistics, scheduling, and physical on-site hosting.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking and sourcing tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
