Senior Technical Recruiter - Product

Location: Hybrid in New York City, NY or San Francisco, CA

Salary: $150,000–$220,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Product Management, Product Design, Product Operations, and related talent.
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines, including passive candidate networks.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Partner with Product hiring managers and leaders on role requirements, hiring strategy, and decisions.
• Track recruiting funnel metrics and use data to improve speed, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, analyze process effectiveness, and support onboarding and immigration coordination.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Product roles in technology startups.
• Demonstrated success recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area technical and Product talent market.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building diverse talent pipelines.
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and platforms; Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and Gem are preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder partnership, coaching, and constructive pushback skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting across multiple Product disciplines in a scaling organization.
• Established network within the Bay Area Product community.
