What you will do

• Lead the design of concepts, prototypes, and milestone iterations for digital products.
• Define design approaches, end states, functionality, and user requirements in partnership with product owners and developers.
• Apply user-centered design methods, including research, whiteboarding, wireframing, usability studies, and design workshops.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Service Designers, developers, product owners, and Experience Research specialists.
• Mentor Product Designers and build design-thinking knowledge across product teams.
• Ensure product experiences follow user experience standards, accessibility requirements, and applicable compliance controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a similar field, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 7 years of combined education and relevant product design experience.
• Background in design or user experience, preferably demonstrated through an online portfolio.
• Experience creating use cases, flow diagrams, prototypes, scenarios, and wireframes throughout product development from vision to launch and iteration.
• Experience designing for digital touchpoints and non-digital channels, including desktop, mobile, and web applications.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe, Sketch, InVision, or Figma.
• Experience with accessibility standards, cross-platform issues, mobile user interfaces, systems thinking, and remote or in-person workshops using tools such as Miro and Webex.
