Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, based in the U.S.

Salary: $115,000–$195,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for one or more Engagement product pods, balancing user needs with engagement and monetization goals.
• Define product journeys and roadmap priorities in partnership with Product, using industry trends and competitive insight.
• Use AI-powered tools to ideate and prototype personalized recommendations, conversational interfaces, and adaptive content.
• Deliver production-ready designs for iOS, Android, and mobile web while contributing reusable components to the design system.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Marketing, and Analysts on usability testing, concept validation, analytics, funnel analysis, and A/B testing.
• Communicate design decisions through clear artifacts and presentations and contribute to critique and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product design experience, ideally in consumer-facing technology.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end product work, from problem framing and user flows through polished UI and shipped outcomes.
• Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and prototyping.
• Experience designing for native iOS and/or Android applications and mobile web.
• Experience using research and data to guide design decisions and contributing to or maintaining a design system.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work through ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

• Familiarity with AI-powered features such as personalization, recommendations, conversational UI, or adaptive interfaces.
