Senior Product Designer (Ecommerce)

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 USD annual base salary, plus equity; bonus or commission may apply.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for assigned features, from research support and ideation through high-fidelity delivery.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to create cohesive, user-centered web and mobile experiences.
• Translate user research insights into actionable improvements to usability and customer experience.
• Participate in design critiques and give and receive constructive feedback.
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system with strong accessibility standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve product usability, aesthetics, and overall experience while bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and user-centered thinking.
• Experience designing for web, mobile, and responsive products.
• Strong collaboration and constructive feedback skills.
• Ability to iterate rapidly while maintaining high standards for craft, accessibility, and detail.
• Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma and basic prototyping tools; systems thinking and an ability to design for scale.
