Location: Hybrid (Seattle, WA). Expectation of at least 50% in-office presence monthly.

Salary: $144,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Manage the full design process from discovery and concept ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and interaction deliverables.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Writers to define customer problems and goals.
• Design and ship world-class interfaces that create emotional connections and communicate the brand identity.
• Drive strategic design across the customer journey, from single interactions to end-to-end send experiences.
• Champion design cohesion and consistency across a growing family of products.
• Act as the voice of the customer by integrating user insights into the product development cycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional product design experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in Seattle, WA (Hybrid).
• Expert-level knowledge of Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtfully designed, tested, and shipped experiences with depth and clarity.
• Experience driving product direction, setting goals, and making customer-centric decisions.
