Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: CA$135,000–CA$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and refine product strategy and vision with Product Managers.
• Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, customer journeys, prototypes, and other design artifacts.
• Lead iterative design work, including user research, feedback incorporation, hypothesis testing, and rapid launches.
• Provide design direction to engineers and collaborate throughout the end-to-end product development process.
• Influence product experiences across copywriting, lifecycle marketing, and other cross-functional areas.
• Promote design-centric product development, mentor designers and partners, and use AI tools to uncover user insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing products, with a focus on mobile.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, web and mobile standards, and intuitive user workflows.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to present designs and explain design decisions.
• Experience solving complex problems independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma.
• Experience incorporating Generative AI into design workflows and a strong product design portfolio.

• Experience designing social, financial, or broader B2C products.
