Industrial Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support factory capacity planning and modeling to improve manufacturing resource utilization.
• Analyze factory performance and operational data to identify productivity, efficiency, and cycle time improvements.
• Develop and maintain factory layouts that optimize space, operations, and long-term growth.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing sites to identify, standardize, and implement best practices.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, reporting tools, data systems, models, and analytical tools.
• Support capital planning through data analysis and resource utilization assessments while following EHS&S requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field from an accredited institution, with graduation in 2027.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis and process improvement through coursework, projects, internships, or research.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Internship, co-op, research, or relevant industry experience.
• Leadership experience through academic, volunteer, student organization, competition, or workplace activities.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, including Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of capacity planning, operations analysis, simulation, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
• Project management, organizational, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
