What you will do

• Develop and optimize end-to-end Demand and Capacity Plans for Quality and Reliability Lab operations.
• Build capacity models using time studies and utilization analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement a comprehensive KPI framework encompassing throughput time, utilization, and quality yield.
• Create automated KPI dashboards and reporting pipelines using Power BI, Python, and SQL.
• Support the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) processes in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan equipment purchases, layout changes, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in capacity planning and factory operational planning.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI for data extraction and dashboarding.
• Expertise in data analysis and modeling for manufacturing or lab operations optimization.
• Must be able to work on-site in Hillsboro, OR or Phoenix, AZ.

Nice to have

• Experience with facility and equipment design for flexible manufacturing solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Equipment Management Systems (EMS) for asset tracking.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / 172025 audit and management review processes.
