What you will do

• Support the design, setup, and improvement of material-handling systems including supermarkets and milk-run routes.
• Maintain and update material-flow data, including bills of materials and engineering changes.
• Analyze material movement to identify bottlenecks and enhance safety, quality, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and engineering teams to support improvement initiatives.
• Assist with planning and scheduling systems to reduce queue times and support just-in-time delivery.
• Lead material-flow improvement projects and drive alignment with operational strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes and material-handling systems.
• Familiarity with lean principles and continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Strong project-management skills and ability to lead cross-functional efforts.
• Ability to design, analyze, and optimize material-flow layouts.
