Industrial Engineer I-III (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Design, set up, and continuously improve supermarkets, kitting areas, sequencing areas, and milk-run routes.
• Maintain material-flow data, bills of materials, engineering changes, and new product or process introductions.
• Analyze material movement, identify bottlenecks, and improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and flow performance.
• Develop packaging and material-handling fixturing solutions, determine optimal packaging methods, and lead packaging redesign initiatives.
• Support planning and scheduling systems, just-in-time delivery, and adoption of material-flow software, hardware, and equipment.
• Develop project plans, track progress, communicate updates, and collaborate with production, supply chain, engineering, and other teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Level I: up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
• Level II: 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
• Level III: 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of discrete manufacturing, material-handling systems, lean principles, continuous improvement, and material-flow optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, organization, and cross-functional project-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with material-flow, internal-logistics, kitting, supermarket design, or milk-run systems.
• Experience developing innovative solutions to manufacturing challenges and supporting new-system adoption.
