Salary: $106,477 – $115,212 per year

What you will do

• Document end-to-end current-state business processes, including tasks, roles, systems, and exceptions.
• Design future-state processes that leverage AI capabilities such as automation and predictive decision support.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify process changes, data requirements, training needs, and compliance impacts.
• Analyze user workflows to identify pain points and potential adoption barriers.
• Define clear, testable acceptance criteria for new systems in collaboration with the Product Owner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in business/process analysis.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire.
• Proven experience mapping complex business processes across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRM, or MES.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteria for engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in system modernization or legacy replacement projects.
• Familiarity with AI/ML capabilities, including automation and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools and methodologies (BPMN, value stream mapping).
• Data literacy, including the ability to read database schemas and utilize SQL for reporting.
