Health Center Manager, RN (LPN Or MA)

Location: MI-Allegan, United States; onsite employer health center operations with occasional remote chart and records audits.

Salary: $65,000–$105,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations, workflows, schedules, and service delivery for assigned employer health centers.
• Supervise, develop, evaluate, and hire health center staff in partnership with recruiting.
• Coordinate staffing and clinic strategy with Account Management, Corporate Client Services, and Clinic Operations.
• Monitor clinical activities, audits, data collection, compliance, utilization, and patient outcomes.
• Manage client communications and participate in client-sponsored training.
• Oversee medical case management and acute injury management for injured workers, including care coordination and documentation.

Requirements

• Current RN clinical license; LPN or MA qualifications are also considered.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience.
• At least 5 years of direct employee management experience, experience overseeing medical clinics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work within budget constraints, and remain accountable for goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, accuracy, professionalism, and a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work onsite in the Allegan, Michigan health center and provide coverage when staffing gaps occur.
