TL;DR
Manufacturing Operator II (Valves and Manifolds): Assembling and testing precision valves and fittings in a cleanroom manufacturing environment with an accent on workstation setup, quality control, documentation, and safe handling of components. Focus on following engineering drawings and standard procedures, recording test and production data in Camline and SAP, and maintaining tight manufacturing tolerances.

Location: Chaska, Minnesota, United States; onsite schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday

Salary: $21–$25 per hour, dependent on overall skills and experience

Manufactures valves and related components used to precisely measure and dispense chemicals.

What you will do

  • Set up workstations and assemble valves, fittings, and component bodies using part instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Use hand tools, assembly fixtures, measuring devices, and other equipment to align components precisely.
  • Perform manual and automated tests, assess results, and record data in Camline.
  • Operate an engraving laser, package finished products, and complete production documentation in SAP and other electronic systems.
  • Inspect products, address or escalate quality issues, maintain process records, and support ISO and quality requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 6S and Kaizen while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow documented processes within tight tolerances.
  • At least one year of manufacturing or cleanroom assembly experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform precise repetitive assembly, use measuring devices and hand or power tools, and stand or walk for 75% of the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and wear required PPE and cleanroom attire throughout the shift.
